There is going to be two Youth Traditional Camps at OCN’s Moose Park on July 19th and the 20th and today is the last day to register. The first camp on July 19th is for youth ages 8-12 and the other camp on the 20th is open to youth 13-17. They will learn how to make fires, how to catch and fillet fish, set traps, and make bannock. Participants must bring their own fishing poles, and sun protection. Lunch and supplies will be provided.
A consent form must be signed by a legal guardian and the forms can be picked up at the Beatrice Wilson Health Centre.
